Might have to bomb...

some people moved in above me recently and since then we have been seeing roaches. i contacted the apartments and had them come out and spray today. afterwards the guy said said hes bombing the above apartment and might have to bomb ours as well. what steps do i need to take as far as protecting the tank?

i could google it, but you guys do a much better job with info.

Dang thats a hard one. When they changed owners at my complex they were going to bomb and i asked them to find an alternative to bombing my app. They were able to bomb only in the bedrooms and spray in the rest of the app. I also turned off the AC while they were bombing. I wrapped my tank in plastic and shut it down just till after everything was done. Afterwards i inspected both the tank and the sump before powering everything up.....I was lucky enough to be able to take that day off. I went to homedepot and bought a huge roll of drop cloth and wrapped it up tight! Alot of those guys who spray/bomb deal with all kinds of people who make their life miserable, so Im sure that they are used to making exceptions to bombing for super picky tenants and if your cool im willing to bet they will work with you! That or leave your 100lb+ dog loose in your app and they wont walk in when your not there :)
