hes a blast to watch! believe it or not, but was able to slime his way up to the top of the tank and just sat there. he looked like a chubby batman chillen getting ready to pounce on the clown fish aka joker.

What purpose did he do in your aquarium?

This type of sea hard is a mega algea eater. They will strip the rocks bear of all algea. It is being passed on because they are bottomless pits and will starve once the rocks are clean.

This is true. My tank is pretty much spotless now which means I will be taking him back for store credit today before its too late. I wish I could have found a smaller one so we could have enjoyed the presence a bit longer, but he served his purpose and its now time for him to go.

I was hoping I could pass him along but the window is so small and I really don't want to take any chances.

If you do have hair algae I strongly suggest you pick one up. Their fun to watch and work wonders.
