Initial Membership Payment Sent

I have paid my initial membership. I actually didn't realize how it all worked until recently, but I am in a bit of a bind at the moment. I need to post my equipment and livestock for sale.

How did you send in your payment? If you used the membership feature on the site, I could have validated it and upgraded your user. Until we verify the charter membership, you cannot post items for sale.

Additionally, once your account is upgraded you are still prohibited from posting links to craigslist. You must use the FS forum to list items.


7. Selling and Trading
Selling and trading is a privilege and not a right. Your ability to sell or trade on the forum can be revoked at MAAST’s discretion.
(a) Definition of a retailer - You will be considered a retailer if you have a tax ID and/or can buy wholesale, or your for sale items/posts are deemed excessive by the MAAST BOD and Moderation team. Additionally, those who manufacture and/or buy goods with the intent to resale or offer services will be considered retailers. Retailers do not have selling privileges without a Sponsorship Agreement.
(b) Selling is a charter member privilege.
(c) Posting of outside links to your sale item is prohibited.
(d) Items posted for sale must belong to you and be in your possession. If you are a sponsor, the item must not be an item you would sell in the course of a business then you must post it in your sponsor forum.
(e) Price must be included in sale posts (price is not required for items offered for trade). No auctions or raffles are allowed.

I am alright with that, I just needed to get the info out there quickly. I paid VIA Paypal as mentioned on http://www.maast.org/content.php?19-MaastMembership . I have all my livestock in a 14g Biocube... I have to replace my wood floors and get everything cleaned up now, so I am a little frantic at the moment. I understand this isnt where I should post things FS, and I dont have the membership activated yet, but I am doing what I can to save the livestock. As an aquarist, Im sure you all understand. Its bad enough the tang police would be knocking down my door to save that poor yellow from its cage its stuck in ATM.
