LED lights to replace MH and T5?

I have a 75 g reef with 2 175 w MH and 4 55 w T5 and was thinking of going LED. I saw the Razor 420 160 w and wandered if this would replace all of my bulbs. I have four fish and only soft corals. Thanks for your assistance.

I did go with the Razor and it looks great. I am so glad I went to LEDs. I am now looking at going to a 90 gal and have the LEDs at 95% at about 10 inches about tank.
