Just looked frantically at the internet and discovered I got a male holding eggs. Just happened today so will keep you all posted. :wink_smile:

Well bad news the male was eating today so I guess he expelled the eggs. Oh well maybe next time.

Maybe the eggs hatched and what he is eating is very little bits of food to feed the babies. Do you know how long he was holding before you noticed? Watch his mouth carefully if there are in deed babies, you will see them pop their heads out and you can see their eyes... I have a pic I will post shortly.

We believe that it was only a couple of days that he was holding. Plus his mouth is not bulging anymore.

Once the babies are big enough and he spits them out for good, they will need someplace to be safe. I had baby banggais and they hung out in my RBTAs. I sold a few of them. My occelaris clowns didn't mind them being there. I've herd that those spiney sea urchens are good hosts too.
