I found this 180RR with a stand and big sump. of course I bought it. Its been here for a week and finally found some bulkheads in the garage. It has a sicce5 and I am water testing now. About to put some vinegar in it and clean it a bit.

That looks like JT's (gseclipse) old tank.

The sump is super massive under this tank 48x23x17intall. i think thats about an 80 gallon sump.
After 24 hrs of soaking in vinegar the coraline algae is finally coming off the glass.

ok so I dipped in vinegar and cleaned it real nice, rinsed, and now its dirty again. lol
4 buckets of sand now the waiting game, ugh

The sand has cleared and it looks like I didnt get all the coraline algae off, buts its better, I still have to move more coral and some more LR over

I barely got the nac77 2pump skimmer in the sump and pellet reactor running with new refugium pics.

I agree, Im a big fan of skimmers with 2 external pumps, If you have the space those skimmers are awesome.
