Live rock, clean up crew and live sand

Starting a new tank and need to shorten the cycling . Please let me know what ya have and what ya have. I'd prefer well established rock but am open to options. I have about 40-55 lbs and need another 35-65lb

Ryan, I'm breaking down a 97g FOWLR tomorrow. Sand's about 3"+ in depth and is CaribSea Fiji Pink. Established live rock with coralline also....and a few of the following hermits...scarlet, blue legged, Halloween.
