External Pump?

Need an external pump that I can use on my kalk reactor. Just got parts from manufacture and they recommend a Cobalt MJ 600. Question is will it be leak proof? Old pump was a Maxijet that leaked non-stop until I siliconed the heck out of it. Any suggestions will be Great Appreciated...:)
