Tube anemones actually live inside of a self-made tube that is buried under your sand. You can think of it like a root structure to a tree.
When they feel threatened, they will *quickly* retreat back into their tube for protection.
It's quite fascinating to witness.
They are NON photosynthetic so your light intensity(weak or strong) wont matter. They catch food from the water & love bits of brine shrimp or anything really.
Honestly, if we weren't combining tanks to save $, we would NEVER sell these.
It's not going to be easy letting go :-(
