I was just at Tim's to pick up some nori. I vaguely remember the ingredients it was or wasn't supposed to have. They had several varieties, most of them had sodium. IIRC, we want non-salted, right? I found one package that had no sodium and like 1g protein. They were all 'roasted'. I got the one without sodium. Did I get the right stuff?

I have no clue. The only other option was dried, and that wasn't in sheets.

Just make sure you don't get the seasoned one. There are several type of algae, the fish seem to love them all, Green Yellow-brown and Purple.
