So, I was arranging where to put my pink millepora since it had been doing great, but a snail had knocked that into a hole in my rock, well I accidently pushed the coral down farther into the hole, and when that came back up, bang, no more pink mille, but I have an extra frag plug now! Yes, I pushed the coral into a hole that has no ending and could not find it.

What have you guys done?

Every time I stick my hand into the tank, my midnight clown bites me and I freak out and splash water out the tank

I always love it when your skimmer burps, and you have to explain to your guests that no you did not generate that smell yourself personally.

My own personal stupid mistake was flipping the return pump back on....while the other end was still laying on the floor. THAT made a mess.

Lol I know that feeling. I always somehow end up using the good towels to dry my hands off ;)

See, the worst part is, is that I have my own towels for reefing, and I always loose them lol.. I may need to resupply

Your neighborhood Goodwill is a fantastic place to find tank towels. I've bought dozens there. Can't find any of them, but I know I own them.

Where do they go?!

Must be elves stealing our reef towels..

That's actually a great idea. I go there about once a week anyway in the hopes of finding random 200 gallon tank for cheap.

I've heard of the plumbing fairy (same critter that steals socks in the washer), but sometimes my towels vanish before they get to the washer. Makes me crazy.

Goodwill is a fantastic place for towels. They've got them in all kinds of sizes. I grab up the holiday theme hand towels all the time. My tanks don't care if I use Christmas towels in August. If I could just find the darn things.

I also grab up dark colored flat bed sheets when I find them, they are great for draping over tanks when you have a new fish doing the freakout in the tank. Being enclosed seems to calm them right down.
