Anyone use YoYo light hangers

I have been looking for a way to adjust my lights up and down for when I do tank maintenance. I ran across these and wanted to see if anyone has ever used them. I'm just worried one day the lights will be dunked in the tank if the suspension wheel inside gives out.

They look pretty cool, and if they work they would help when maintaining the tank. I may have to try them out.
