Shrimp collecting in Port Aransas

Just curious as to whether there is any place aside from the jetties to collect peppermint shrimp. We're staying in Rockport and went to the jetties last night and the peeps just weren't out. Thanks.

This is new to me, where would somone look for a peppermint shrimp around corpus, it would be really easy for me to just try and catch them I'm always at the beach.

Yes. Look in the announcement section, or filter for new posts as bunch of people commenting in it. There are several things going in that weekend, including day and night collecting on the jetties, bonfire, dinner and raffle. Good time to charter up too, since charter member and guest get to eat free.
