neeed t5 light have mh/t5 light

I have a 30" metal halide/t5 light with moon lihts and ballast. All bulbs are 41 days oldand light is awesome. I need like a 4 bulb t5 or led nothing crazy needed due to the seahorses amd fiah only tank it will be lighting.
