HOB Overflow Box

k, I am now certain I want to add a sump to my 55Gal, but I dont want to drill it, so I am in need of a HOB Overflow box, if anyone has one for cheap please let me know. Or if anyone knows how to DIY one and would like to take the time to show me even better. Or could I DIY my Emperor 400 Filter to be a overflow box?
