ReefKeeper Elite Factory Reset

Now I've done it . . . . I reset all the factory settings in hopes of redoing all my settings. Now, the system is not recognizing either of my PC4's. Anyone have any experience with getting system back on-line?

Update. 1 module went south. Removed it and system is back on line. Good thing I'm 1 year into a 2 year warranty.
