I'm trying to determine if it's a specific page or an overall problem. If I had to say one way or another, it's an overall problem and when you do get to the site it's working overall as well.

if you type in maast in google and click on that link it will take you tho the homepage, i believe that is where the problem is. Right now it seems to be working but at times it doesnt.

Just for reference and not bragging, Tapatalk has had zero issues connecting. Don't know if its because its accessing through an app or not. Just thought I'd chime in with a possible piece of the puzzle.

Different files with less queries, since it doesn't have to go get all the other various parts of the page that load on the main site. As it stands right now, MySQL is averaging 16 questions a second.

Robert, can you break that down into layman's terms?

The different methods of accessing the site load different files. Tapatalk is lightweight because it only cares about the posts and minor other details. When you load the site in a browser it looks up all kinds of things like theme options, member options, whos online, etc. A query is an inquiry to the database, "give me this from there". We are averaging 16 of those per second, which is pretty intensive. We need to reduce that load.

Yea I saw a couple that were authentication errors but so far I haven't seen the caching issues which was around 100+ a day.
