New dimmable LEDs...need some help..

I just got my new LEDs today. They are evergrow d120s 120w with 90 degree optics. I have them hung 10 inches above the tank. The tank is a 46 gal bowfront. Is that too high or too low? And my main question is how to tune the whites and blues. I don't wanna shock anything but the way I have it at about 25% white and 25% blue looks a bit too dim. Also they are the full spectrum LEDs if it matters. Thanks very much.

kinda hard to tell without a par meter....

My guess is leave them where they are at and raise the % little every week....
