Any one ever transport coral (zoas) on a motorcycle for about 2 and a half hours?

lol ive thought about doing it, but not that long....

I think it would be alright if the temp wasnt too bad....

Or if you have a ouch on wheels with all the bags you could probably stuff a small cooler in one... i was riding a sportbike and thought about putting it in my OGIO back pack but just waited till next time....

If it was small enough you could probably fit it in a tank bag, some are decently insulated.

I was thinking about grabbing one of my book bags, mid size cooler bag putting the bag with the zoas in the cooler bag putting something cool in there with them, then putting something cold in my book bag too. Then getting home at a high rate of giddy-up. I wont be getting any fish tho, just zoas and a few other softies that I can fit.

Insulate and you should be fine bro. If it zoas and coral they ship rougher than a 2 hour bike ride.

If it makes you feel better. The last I went to Houston to visit my dad I stopped by a store up there and bought an sps colony I couldn't pass up. When we were packing up the truck I set that package in the back of the truck so I could put it in last. Guess what? I forgot about it until we got home. It rode home in the back of my truck from Houston in nothing more than the plastic bag and a cardboard box.

I haven't ridden two hours with coral, but you should be good to go, whether your on a bike that uses gas or an el cheepo that runs on rice.

You'd probably get back home quicker if you're running rice, but you won't look cool doing it. :)

I did it, I just froze a one liter bottle of water and kept it in the pocket of my bookbag that got direct sunlight. and I put the zoas in the inside pocket total travel time around 2:45 in case someone else ever needs to do the same. Everything was fine when I got home.
