How do you knock over 15 gallons of water? Lifting it? I wouldn't even attempt that....

also it's good to keep RO stored for emergencies like these...

Don't feel bad. I turned off my reactors to use the hose for a WC and forgot to turn the reactors back on...on Tuesday. Doh!

Next time post up, I'm sure we could have collectively gotten you 5 gallons of RO and possibly even mixed SW. I always keep some on hand.

You should get the wheels that go under the brute trash can like we have its a life saver. As for the 60 degree water put the biggest pump u have in it and turn it on that's how I heat my water for water changes lol

Ha, true that. I had a big pump I threw in a 5g one time to make SW, I figured it would mix better (LOL), by the next day the water had to be 90*.

Lol

I keep forgetting to turn off my water change container and turning on my kalk top off.... Which means salt water is my top off. No good, but I usually only do that for less than 12-16 hours.

I usually have water if you're I. Need, but transportation is an issue.

The wheels are a back saver and well worth what your paying...

I just run a big pump with enough hos to push my mixed water to my tank...

Outside my house I have 2 44 gallon brutes on wheels to collect waste water, I can roll it to my trees or plants..

It works and preserves my back......

Well worth the money. I don't need it anymore so it's in the garage as a roll around trash can.

My dream. Apparently I'm old enough to afford a nice bike, but I'm definitely not old enough to afford a big piece of property like that. :)

I will once I get out of the military, though.

I would be happy renting as well. Owning is flipping expensive, and got to have the money in the first place. I wish my family had picked up a large piece in the past that I could sit on as my own. Maybe I could do that for my kids...

Anyway, sorry for the hijack of your thread, dude. Did the Red Planet recover?

You're gonna setup a WC system now that your bike is gone, right?

Hey, you must be a light weight. I have a 1500 gallon water storage tank that I run my waste water into, it is hooked up to a external pump that is capable of delivering water to my entire house. Comes in handy when your well goes dry like mine did 2 years ago.

I call it peace of mind. The tank, foundation, pump, plumbing, wiring, etc. set me back about $1200.00. I did all the work myself except for the hard plumbing into my home which cost me less than $200.00. That was when I learned the average person uses about 175 gallons of water a day, I learned to get by on less than half that in a week, although my seahorses don't understand water rationing.
