Berghia Nudibranchs group order!!!

i am planning to order berghias for my system and figured if we do a group order can get a better price and free shippping....
just spoke with guys at( http://reeftown.com/berghia-nudibranchs ) and they r running a gud sale on their bergias...
if we order 25 or more we get free shipping but pay $5.00/per container...as we will all want our bergias in different containers ....
prices r as follows.....lmk if u guys hve any questions i will ask em...i am trying to do this asap....at this moment they only hve 1/2"size available

When we atleast hve 25 it free shipping ....I dnt know how long this discount will last so they only hve 1/2" in stock and rest sold out ...

Alright guys I just spoke with him and this is the way it's gne work .....
All they hve is a 1/2" size berghias
Free shipping on atleast 25 berghias and regardless how many of us order he is waiving 5$ charge for two containers and rest of us hve to pay plus $5 on top of the total Berghias price ...

Once every one is committed and we hve atleast 25 or more I will go online and place the order ....he will send us the price for each of us and than we will paypall him and mention maast group buy under the comments .....once they receive payments from all of us we will figure out the shipping date and one of us has to volunteer to receive it by 1030am......
Now figuring out who will or not pay 5$ container charge I guess the person who is volunteer to receive em dnt hve to pay $5 extra and rest of us can draw a name somehow and figure out the second person who doesn't hve to pay....

Allan I had a long talk with them yesterday and they said they never recommend to order less than three berghias ....they r colonial and they work together ..very rearly any berghia by em self will attack aiptasia ...usually they surround em and than attack and the more they'll find each other the more they reproduce ...he said wether u hve 3 gln or 300 gln u always Wana three or more ....it's better to estimated and buy more than less .....
Any ways it's ur choice I'll update the 1st post with all our count of berghias ...

This is the copy of email that I received from Jeff ....I am considering to hold on to my order until they have the 1/2" available ..only reason is this 1/2" size are the breeder berghias ..but chances of them taking care of aiptasias r a lot more than smaller ones bc they keep breeding every 3 to 4 days ...even with few berghias u can end up with multiple colony's within a week under right conditions ....

If you're referring to the $5 charge, I believe it's for the cup charge to keep our orders apart.

Do they have mediums at all? Or are they saying that they don't have any mediums and can only meet our requirements with the smalls?

I just had a long talk with Jeff ....ok this is what he said he is giving us double the amount of berghias as in 1/4" size rather than 1/2"...
1/4 size will take up to a month to reach 1/2" size ....he said in this way in a month we have double the amount the of mature size berghias than we have ordered ....and also it will take a little longer for berghias to eliminate ...

Kinda confuse ...what do u all suggest ....

I placed two on one rock and one on a second rock around lunch, when I got home around 9pm I was missing an aptaisia on each rock. Hopefully they will grow and lay eggs asap.

I put the jar with all six on a large problem rock, this morning there were two still left in the jar. I put the jar in the sump on a bowl rock with several appetizers... and added another small rock with several aptasia on it.

I thought my berghias were dead...this morning I saw some egg strands

Congrats, I have yet to see an egg string. Once they hatch the aptaisia will start disappearing quickly

Nothing here, noticed a few polyps dissappear... But that's it.

picked up some peppermints from Louis and they are kicking butt! Got a text that another member bought some from one of his recent orders and they were doing work in his tank....... I went the next day and they are doing just that.... More than what the nudis did in such a smaller time frame....

hoping the nudis take care of what's in the crevices and the peppermints clean up the polyps I can see!..

I don't know how many aptasia I have, but I ain't seen any of the visible ones disappear. Haven't seen trace of the nudis either.

I think the 4 I received were snacks for my cleaner shrimp. The best things that work is peppermint shrimp from the gulf/corpus christi, I got about 5 of these and they're knocking the aptasia out.
