I have a 40 breeder stand that I need out of my apartment. It's a fixer upper, but structurally it should be sound. I added 2x4's to drill my pc4's into and it has several nail holes that need to be filled. Also, it has a bit of damage to the botttom left corner because my dog thought it was a chew toy. I'm sure hitting it with a sander and repainitng will fix it right up. I'm in San Marcos and would like this gone by this friday. I can help you load if you need me to, but I cannot meet outside of the city.
