? About my over flow box

Here in the last week I have noticed a louder noise coming from my over flow area. It's not all the time but its a slurping sounds. Any ideas it's driving me crazy lol. I've done a water change, stopped the water with the shut off valve. What should I do

how many overflows on your tank

Trapped air in the overflow tubes would be the first thing I checked on. I drilled a small hole in the tops of my overflow to help with that problem before I went with the ones I have now.
