seaweed which one is better?

I just bought 2 seaweed packages.
The little package is garlic seaweed at 5.99.
The big package is from a chinese market at 1.89.
Which one is better or do they both have their advantages?

Anything garlic will help with your livestock's immune system. Really helps against ich. But others as well. I su striaght nori from the market. 50 sheets for 4 bucks. When sealed it lasts forever. Regular nori is cheaper and you get more. Atleast from heb or a market. My 2 cents.

i usually do a large group order about twice a year for the big packages of 1000 sheets. :)
