All the above. As far as pricing at LFS the price has been within a dollar or so difference so for me closest store is best when it comes to foods.

Spectrum Thera+ pellets New Life
Frozen Hikari Mysis and Brine Shrimp.
Wardley Advanced flakes.
Seeweed

Thx

Elegant Reef on the Rods food. I like Pe mysis cubed and the 8 oz flat pack. Spirulina Brine, Mini Mysis, and Angel Formula. I get my food from Polly's, Elegant Reef, and TT. Gas is to expensive to drive around looking for deals?

Elegant carries them. They have about 5 or 6 different kinds. I personally like the rods original but if you have tangs or angels that like nori, Rods herbivore is exactly like the original with noir added

Every once in a while someone puts a group buy together for frozen food from Drs Foster & Smith. Their prices are a fraction of the LFS, and it adds up when you have a big tank.

I went to bass pro shop and the have a huge saltwater tank in the resturant, and they were feeding romaine lettuce. Does anyone do that and Why?

Just a comment here. Both Pollys Locations currently are well stocked up on RODs food. We have 6 varieties in multiple sizes.

If you have fish and coral the original blend is awesome as it has coral food in it as well
The fish only blend is the same as the original minus the coral food.
The herbivore blend has more nori and other veggie matter than the original
The predator is a blend similar to the fish only blend just wih much larger chunks.
Then there is the straight up coral food
And a straight pacific shrimp formula.

All of their foods are pre soaked in an amino acod and vitaman mix as well.

Polly's has it too. I saw it in the Universal City location and they said the New Braunfels store has it too.
