Which wrasses is the best to get for cleaning fish. Need a wrasse for ich?? Which kind do I need

I doubt a fish will cure any other fish of ich.....

they really don't do anything but make them more stressed and worse

You can use Ich attack by Kordon. I tried it had no luck. Lost all my fish. But some have have good results with it.

Run a uv sterilzer at the proper flow rate to kill parasites and make sure your fish are well fed.
