Does any else have a problem with losing fish in my overflow? I found a chromis in my refug. But I can't find one clown 2 other chromis. Any ideas on what I can do so it dosnt happen

Dude, I've never lost fish in your overflow.
Try some eggcrate to prevent them from going in.

A pic of the overflow will help. lol I say no egg crate. Your lucky they landed in your overflow and not on the ground.
They will land on the eggcrate.

I had this happen to me recently. I had to wrap my overflow with plastic screen like what is on your windows. I have 2 clownfish that like to be sucked up and land down in my filter sock lol.

btw I wrapped it around the overflow and put a strip of superglue down holding it together.

Man i have a yellow goby that ticks me off every day..lol..he jumps in there every time i turn around...good thing mine are on the side were i can see him.

I have my eggcrate lining the inside lip to provide an eggcrate wall/barrier.
If any fish actually lands on the eggcrate, it's a bit of a balancing act to stay there. I imagine that if they make it past that they would end up in the sump.
