Apex shows power failures every day

Hey I just set up email notifications in my apex system in case the power goes out I will know right away but for the past days the apex is showing that the power fails everyday but just for a few seconds, what could be wrong?

I caught mine turn off and on today for a few seconds

With the extreme heat CPS has been having power surges, this may be the problem?
