used T5 constellation light. The fixture works just fine. I used it over my 135 to grow SPS. It has 14 bulbs.
Sells for over $900 new.

Does it have feet to sit on a 6ft tank and how old are the bulbs? how many 10k whites and blues?

No feet. The bulbs are about 9 months old
i have many extra bulbs though
