Introducing new fish

I've been having some trouble being able to introduce a goby into my 90gal bow. My starry blenny keeps "dive bombing" the poor guy and ends up nearly killing him. Ive had to remove the goby after an hour or so and put him in my other tank. Is there a way i can introduce a sand sifting type goby without ****ing off the blenny? Would i be able to stash the starry blenny in my refugium or in a HOB fuge while the goby gets situated?
Or should I trade in the blenny? I really need a goby though so the sand bed can stay fresh.

any ideas...
