I bought a filter kit from them awhile back and this filter http://www.hydronixwater.com/specs/HDX-ICF_ISF.pdf the ICF-10 was included. Is this for the membrane? it looks nothing like the one that was in there and barely fits........

That is not an RO membrane, it looks more like some sort of in-line filter that would be used to filter the water going to a fridge or ice maker. RO membrane have a gasket on the outside and are not enclosed in plastic.

TO be honest, IDK if this even came with the filters that I purchased from buckeye....... I bought the replacement filters and they sat on a shelf for a little while. I replaced the 3 filters then later found this filter next to where they were placed at..... So I figured it came with them.... I never purchased this filter anywhere and either did my wife, so I am a little confused......
I ripped apart my RO unit and now I have to wait until I can find a replacement filter to make water........

not at the moment.... wanted to do a 5 gallon change on the new frag tank, so I will probably order a new set of filters and just have to hit the windmill like ol times....

That definitely did not come from Buckeye. Doesn't look like anything I've ever seen on their website. What's wrong with your tfc membrane. They usually are good for 2-4 years. If you need a carbon filter for your ro unit, let me know. I've got an extra one sitting in the garage.

Well I replaced the filters not too long ago and I was getting high readings again..... It's been too soon so I figured why not replace the membrane that I thought came with the set......
But thinking what I paid for the filters, I seriously doubt the membrane was included........
Now to figure out where the hell this thing came from......

That's not your membrane. It is an inline taste and odor filter. It's included in our filter kit for a reef residenital RODI, or a residential drinking water RO system. If you want to contact us we'll pull up your order and see what's what!

Thanks Russ, didn't try to call u out like that... Just wanted to know where this thing came from and what it was for. I thought it was in the box, but wasn't to sure as I opened it and put it away for future use. I will contact you tomorrow as I need the membrane and some filters while I'm at it....
