HEY IM NEW TO THIS HOBBY AN JUMPED IN WITH A 135GLN..MY Q IS Y DO SOME PEOPLE IN THIS HOBBY GET SO MAD AT THE NEW ONES WEN THINGS GO WRONG ..DIE OR DONT MEX BUT I READ AN SEEN IT HAPPEN TO EVERY 1..NO MATER WHO OR WHAT THEY KNOW..THIS PERSON GOT MAD CUS I LOST MY LONG TIP..BUT REALLY THAT COULD OF HAPPEN TO ANY 1..(( RIGHT )) OR AM I WRONG>?

JUST FEELING A LIL BAD CUS MY FISH R LIKE MY LIL KIDS..THEY ALL REALLY HAVE THERE OWN WAYS ...THAT ONLY WE SEE:confused:

Wait, someone is giving you static because you lost an anemone? Forget them! Things happen. As long as you did the (mostly) right things, and treated your tank as well as you could, then you're doing alright. I would be shocked if it was someone here on MAAST that did it. Not saying it didn't happen, but man, I've never seen anyone get in anybodys business like that.

On a brighter note, there are tons of peeps here that would gladly give you advice about how to handle particular situations. Just post it up.

how many times have i heard i have to many tangs for a "small" tank does it bug me what others think... no i just go on about it

people get mad all the time there opinions only matter if YOU think they matter ...

thats my .02 we all learn from our own mistakes

Yeah, King, around here, everyone has made a rookie mistake at some point in time. The only time folks get frustrated is when someone asks for advice, and when given advice, they don't take it and THEN something goes south. Welcome to MAAST.

I lost a anemone just as you did. It's a common mistake, which I why I said nothing when u lost it.... Lol



But yes it also bugs me when someone asks advice and doesnt listen.... Btw brah, think what you type, don't type what you think....

Shoot, I got a LTA a couple months into the hobby. The LTA died on me after about a month. I believe that my tank was just too 'new' for an anemone.

I don't believe anyone here gave me a hard time. I did get a bit of an admonishment from a dude in another forum, but it was highly constructive as well.

If you would like another shot I have 2 of LTA an one of them doesn't like my tank, to much current from the mp60s

One thing to remember with anemones is that they are very slow to react. So if they die, it could be from something that happened a few weeks ago, like stress from shipping, etc.
