Need some help with a chiller recharge

Any A/C techs that can come and fix my obviously leaky chiller? Everything kicks on, but the coil just hisses and never gets cool. The connections are like a tire gauge, and it uses R134A coolant.

does it have a charging access valve?

Yeah, it has one lower and one upper. It is threaded on the outside, not a slip fit. The case says it takes 8oz R134A coolant. I called you, if you can call me back! :)
