I used to keep African and South and Central American cichlids and learned that Fronts can get HUGE! male 16” female 10”

yes I've been to Dave's, but the fish are really small. I'm looking for something bigger and not looking to pay a lot for larger specimens :(

There is someone in the area with babies, a member of the local club. Sorry I don't know any contact information, I just know she's around here somewhere. Not sure the current size of the babies, but I know she cares for them well.

Fronts don't come cheap, expect to pay no less than $15-20 each, even for small ones of the less exotic variants. Larger fronts in the range of 5-7" go for $50-80 each. Any blue variant is much more expensive. I just stocked a tank of Gibberosa Moba (blue) and paid $50 a pop for 4-6", and that was cheap. Those guys can go for $50 @ 1".

IDK where in Texas you are, but check out usa fishbox, its a site, and ask there. Most of those people are around Dallas if I recall. HCCC is good too, but I'm a member and don't know anybody with Fronts for sale, but you can always ask.
