Chocolate chip starfish/Coral banded shrimp

I figured I had posted in the wrong place. I have a smallish chocolate chip starfish and I was wondering if I could keep a coral banded shrimp with it? I would get a small shrimp also. My tank is a 46 bow front fowler tank. I have a good size memo and a red firefish.
