One is well one not so well. The tank issue I had and subsequent lighting changes didnt bode well for the white one. The Red is doing okay but not growing much lately. Seems Halide really was the ticket for refurbing him but its very healthy again. I am finally getting this redsea replacement I had up to par. I had set it up got the fish in it and left for 13 days, not really a good mix lol. I came home to a tank that was a mess.

All my coral was moved into my kids tank so I have a super overstocked 14 right now. Most the coral will be moved back today. The tank has been up a month and is happy. Had an algae bloom while I was gone but that seems under control.

I finally got the redsea skimmer to work well also. I think im in the world of over kill I replaced and changed most all the pumps.

Main is a RIO 2500
Chiller Pump is a RIO 1700
2 Koralia Evo 1400s

and the big pump they have on the RSM skimmer

Did some light changes I had a collection of random T5 bulbs I forgot I had bought for my old hood. So I did some bulb swapping and color changes today and I think I finally have it where I want it.

I STILL HAVE THAT BUCKET LOL

Unfortunately in the move I lost the clam and my 3 large colonies, the Hydnophora, Acan Lord, and a Closed brain. None of them were under 5x5 so that hurt. But it was due to my own neglect and im kinda focusing on higher end stuff in the tank this time around anyway.

i freaking hate those red sea pumps they always have issues skimmers always blowing micro bubbles

I just run the skimmer at night now the stock pumps sounded like meatgrinders. And the real ****er is for what these tanks cost i could at least get a call back from them on the pump issues.

i clean this ladys tank and she called RS because of the pumps giving us issues and they sent her out new pumps but the problem happen again shortly after ...


i tried telling you just get the nano cube not much issues to start with and they will send parts quickly if needed

also you should be able to just go to the place you purchased the tank from and they should either have extra pumps or maybe take one out of a new one to get you taken care of
