bought new november 2009. has been run about 8 hours a day on very low setting. this is the full size wave box with large magnet mounts (2) and the photocell.

ok :)
here it is in action on my tank. the cycle of the wave is a little over a second (down and back) on this 4' tank. when i ran one on my 240 (8' long) the cycle down and back was about two and a half seconds.

This is the business if you have a softy tank. I used to have one on my 220g. It is simply amazing. Hint Hint James!!!!!!!!!

I am crying thinking if I only waited and bought yours I would of saved a ton of money. Here is a suggestion for those that have a SOL LED, buy this and time it to run with the thunderstorm mode of the SOL Light. I use mine every afternoon for an hour just for that reason.
