Looking for a powerhead controller or light

I'm looking for a powerhead controller that I can use with my Seio 820 powerhead. Im also looking for a different light for my biocube. I'm currently running a 150W MH light on it but am looking for something different. If you have either of these please let me know. I have the following I could trade.

I have a 29 gallon bow front tank with stand.
