Male/Female Dragonette

How do you tell the different between a male and a female "(pink)scooter blenny"? I know that male mandarin dragonettes have an elongated dorsal spine, but what about "scooters"?

The males have the same elongated spikey fin.

The males also have a big peacock like fan of a dorsal fin on the scooter blennies, but it doesn't seem to develop until they mature a bit so could be very hard to tell if you have a juvie.
