Just like the title says, any fellow shutter heads out there get anything new?
My wife gave me a new prime lens. It's a Nikon 50mm. Unfortunately she didn't realize I needed a DX lens, so I can't use the autofocus or aperture control, so this will be used for setup shots only. Here's a few pics right out of the box using a f-stop of 22 and no flash. It's a very fast lens.

If you got any equipment or software that's photography related please share. Merry Christmas!

Nothing amazing like you guys but I got a Panasonic Lumix point and shoot. Its waterproof up to 33ft, freeze proof, drop/shock/crush proof, dust/sand proof, 14.1mp, 28mm wide lense, and can take 720p HD video. Not too shabby, and its perfect for me living out on the coast and being an outdoorsman, I can even take it snorkeling with me!
Im really looking forward to taking some awesome pictures of my coral from INSIDE the tank... also using it tonight at the snowboard slopes.
