I have a biocube 14 been up for about two months goin great just wondering if I can put a few more pieces of LR in. Without it missing with any levels?

probably depends on the liverock -like out of another tank - no problem. been in the LFS tank for a long time and transported wet to your tank - no problem.
Just arrived and still has die off -could be a problem.
You could also always add dry rock.
I believe Ed from Phenomenal Aquatics said he gets the Pukani which is really nice dry rock (not sure if he keeps it dry or sells it wet)

i have some live rock for sale right now if your interested. some really nice peices that will fit good in a 14g

what about if it's been in my other tank about a month goin through a cycle? Can I put some rock in my bio from there?

If you levels are zero ammonia and nitrites in the other tank yes. But with caution and one piece at a time with daily testing for ammonia and nitrite.
