VHO Ballast plus endcaps etc

VHO ARO Ballast (AS-220) it will fire 2 4 Ft bulbs plus I have 4 end caps with the stand off

I would like to get $35.00 for all of the above. Ballast was used for 3 months.plus I have the wire for it.
