Hey guys/gals:

I am looking to part ways with my 29 gallon biocube since I ordered a bigger tank. The tank is less than a year old and is in great shape and has been well maintained. I do have a lot of healthy coraline algae growth on the back of the tank. My new tank should arrive this week and once it is setup I will transfer my live rock/fish over to it. I am posting this now in case anybody is interested.

Along with the tank I will include an extra hood for the tank. It is a part hood and includes extra cooling fan, balasts, led moon lights, etc...Oceanic sent me an extra hood b/c I was missing a peice of the hood in the original package. The tank does not have a stand. It will include all parts (bio balls, water pump, electrical, etc...)

I would like to get around $150. If you have anything to trade as far as corals we could work out a deal as well. I am open for anything.

PICTURES COMING!

This may sound like silly question, but here it goes.
Assuming one uses 30lbs of LR, how much live stock (fish/corals) could a system like this support?

Is the set up still available? What kind of lighting is it?

not a silly question, however it doesnt have a straight forward answer either. mostly depends on the live stock and maintenance intervals you keep. you could keep 3-4 appropriately sized fish in it easily (goby, clown, etc . . .) as for corals they typically dont add significantly to the bioload food or waste wise they do have different requirements such as lighting or calcium

Soft corals do best in this tank....Also the lighting is just a little bit over a month old. So you would be good to go before needing replacements. These lights are also readily available around town.
