Heres my Question??? I recently purchased a fan to help lower the temp on my 90 gallon Oceanic tank, but it seems I'm getting lots more evaporation....Would a chiller decrease the amount of evaporation and what size is recommended for a 90 gallon???

The evaporation is what is helping cool your tank. The problem with chillers is what to do with the hot air they produce? The only sensible thing is to place the unit in your garage but then you have to plumb to your garage and insulate the pipes. Build a bigger sump which holds more water? In a month from now the temperature should go down and evaporation with it. Good luck on what ever you decide to do.

And, yes, a chiller will cut down on your evaporation.

If the fans are keeping the temp where you need it, don't go with a chiller. If keeping up with the evap is a pain and you hate the look of the fans, look at a 1/4-1/3hp model for a 90. But, as alton said, you've got a whole other problem with heat being dispersed out the coils on the chiller. It's usually nothing your ac can't handle, but you will notice the room will be slightly warmer depending on your layout.
