These are the only negatives I see.
1st off tangs. Yellow, Purple, Kole- all have a similar shaped bodies. 50/50% chance you will be ok or not be ok with them harrassing one another. Purples are know for being more aggressive, followed by the yellow. Scopas are usually very peaceful.
2nd- Flame angel. They are a hit and miss in reefs. Sometimes they are model citizens, other times they will nip at clams or zoas.
(Flame, Rusty, Coral Beauties are all dwarfs and all can be great or be problems) I have had a Coral Beauty that like the taste of clams. I now have a flame angel that has not touched anything. "Knock on wood"
So all in all its a good list with a few Maybes....

What's the dimensions on that tank?
I have a 144g which is 57.5" x 29" x 29" tall and I have not had a lot of luck with more than a couple of tangs. I have a solid balance at the moment with the following:
1 medium sized Powder Blue Tang
2 small Onyx Clowns
3 medium green chromis
1 medium Yellow Watchman Goby
1 small (adult) Blue Saphire Damsel
2 medium pajama cardinals
1 cleaner shrimp
snails
couple of peppermint shrimp
I wouldn't chance the angels if you are going reef. If you plan to have a lot of nice acans I would also skip on the purple tang. My last tang...purple...one of my favorite fish, started eating all my acans.

I just noticed the "Tall" part.
What are the dems of your tank? If its not at least 5ft preferably 6ft long IMO I would not have the Hippo tang. They really like to race around across the lenght of a tank.

The Dems are 48'long 3ft width 2.5 tall.. i worry about the hawk fish i heard it picks on snails and such? and i might add a blenny or goby.

All tangs need length. Hippos get very large!

Powder blues are notorious for being aggressive. Tomini Tangs stay fairly small. The whole 4 foot length is what is really limiting you long term as the fish grows. I havent really seen a big scopas either but being a zebramosa species also, keep an eye out with the yellow tang.
