I was deleting pics on Photobucket when I across a pic of when the tank was just set up. It was an upgrade from my older tank, so established rock/sand/water was used, so it's not really a 5 mo old tank. It didn't seem like much has changed since I got it, but after comparing pics, I realized how different it is. I guess that's part of the fun of this hobby.

very nice! What's really amazing is that your tank looks so clean and algae free brand new and established.

I don't know about the clean part....I did pick up a scraper since the pic was taken and spent some desperately needed time cleaning it out, it looks much better than the last time you saw it.

I didn't see a speck of anything on your rocks! (that's what made me want a scopas tang in the first place -Teeb's beautiful pristine rocks! lol)

I had just scraped it before you came by, I had ton of algae growing in the corners where the mag float didn't reach. You can see it in the pic. I got lucky with the rock, I picked it up from a friend who has had it for quite some time. I think this particular rock has been in the hobby for over a decade so any trouble it was going to cause has long since passed.
