I was having a sump problem the other day and came across Lifereef. I called Jeff and was very impressed by his willingness to help me even though I did not have one of his sumps ( I plan on buying one eventually and even a skimmer from him) he walked me through the problem and voila! no more problems. That is what I call superior customer service, even though I am not one of his customers yet. Check out his website-his products are top notch. Thank you so much Jeff for your help!!!
