Not sure what kind of refugium this is, it came with my 2nd, more like 3rd or 4th hand 135 gallon tank. Bioballs and filter pads included. Best offer to get it out of my garage.

That is a wet/dry filter. Very interesting looking one too.

Overall it's 35.5"(L) x 14"(W) x 20.5"(H)
