check it out I took some pictures of my new 220 with my under water camera.. cant wait to do it at night

Cool! I just bought an waterproof camera. It never occurred to me to actually use it underwater in my tank:confused:

Those are beautiful pictures.

What kind of camera? I was thinking of getting one of those ryobi waterproof cameras for the same reason.

thanks yeah i know i just thought of it and jumped up and did it today.. the camera is olympus 1030 sw it's an awesome camera they say you can take it i think 30 ft under water and you can drop it from 6 ft so i thought thats the perfect camera for me and now it's even better so i can use it under water it also has 3 different setting for under water tonight i am going to try and take some more with out a flash to see if the coral glows ill show you all if it work

Mine is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1
rated 10' underwater for up to 1hr. Drop from 6' Says it's okay for saltwater as long as it's rinsed off.

That is awesome. I have never been able to take decent pictures through the glass before, maybe this is the answer.

Are you using the flash and does it work better or only some angles?

yeah it does do video... also i was using the flash on most of the pictures than i found that the camera has a led light and that seems to work the best
