Two Thumbs up for Precision Marine

I just bought a used Precision Marine sump and skimmer. The skimmer had a few parts missing. I took a picture of the skimmer and email Precision Marine asking them if I could but the parts that I needed. I told them to call me and I would give them my credit card information. Instead I received the following email reply:

Hi Steve,
We’ll send your parts to you via USPS. You should receive it tomorrow. There in no charge.


How great is that? Not only do I have a top of the line sump & skimmer combo (that I bought used) but it also comes with great service from the manufacturer!
